Miraculum Real Property, LP, is the source for Your Best Accommodations
in Port Aransas. Our name, Miraculum (mer-rac-yoo-lum), comes from the Latin
word meaning "miracle," a word chosen to honor God and the many miracles, both
everyday and otherwise, he has worked in the lives of our founder and her family
and friends.

| Who We Are |
We are a family-owned and operated business based in Austin, TX.
Our business is founded on, and guided by, the Christian principles of
service, charity, honesty, and faith.
- Service - Our focus here is two-fold, with emphasis
on serving and honoring both God and our customers.
- Charity - Tied closely to our emphasis on service,
charity is at the heart of our business. As a young company,
we have pledged 10% of all profits to charity (see Our Mission
below). This number will grow as our business grows.
- Honesty - Honesty and integrity are at the core of everything
we do. This is evident in our dealings with our customers, our vendors,
and our agents. In a world seemingly dominated by unethical and barely
legal actions undertaken in the name of business, we operate in a
different manner and refuse to compromise where ethics and integrity
are concerned.
- Faith - Faith in God and his plan for us has brought us this
far and seen us through much adversity. Our faith guides our actions
and our business.

We are in the business of providing high-quality vacation rental
lodgings at an affordable price. That's what we do....it's our business.
Our mission, however, is to honor and serve God by operating our business
in accordance with our guiding principles of service, charity, honesty, and faith.
As an outgrowth of our mission, we have pledged to donate 10% of all profits
to charity. While there are many worthy causes out there, we have been called
to focus on children's charities, especially those targeted at abused, neglected,
or ill children.

| Our History |
Miraculum Real Property, LP, was founded in 2004, and we quickly became
convinced that Port Aransas was the place to we wished to begin our
vacation rental business. With wonderful weather, beautiful beaches,
and loads of family activities, Port Aransas provides the perfect location
for families, couples, and groups of friends to relax and get away from
it all.
Yes, it's a short history. One that glosses over the months of
hard labor renovating and updating condos, the myriad frustrations
and delays, and the wonderful sunrises, walks on the beach, and great
dinners enjoyed. We'll grow this history section, and we sincerely
hope that you will visit, enjoy the fruits of our labors, and help
us to write the next chapter in our history.
